Maíra Amaral was shortlisted in the 2022 edition of the Why Research Matters competition, run by the Union of Students in Ireland in cooperation with the Irish Research Council.
She created a video on the research she developed as part of her MPhil at TU Dublin, with a focus on digital educational games, maths anxiety and gender. Her project is part of Happy Maths and is supervised by Dr. Pierpaolo Dondio and Dr. Mariana Rocha.
